8–15 hours / week · Semester or summer

Program & Community Intern

Support pilot programs that reduce senior isolation — wellness check-ins, social connection activities, and community engagement.

  • Assist with program coordination and senior outreach
  • Help document visits, activities, and participant feedback
  • Support event planning for wellness and connection pilots
  • Contribute to impact tracking for grants and reporting

Ideal for: students in social work, public health, gerontology, or community service

Communications & Outreach Intern

Help tell the story of senior companionship — social content, community messaging, and partnership outreach across Atlanta.

  • Draft social posts, newsletters, and community updates
  • Assist with Idealist, volunteer, and partner outreach
  • Support photo/story collection (with consent) for impact content
  • Help maintain consistent brand messaging

Ideal for: students in communications, marketing, journalism, or nonprofit studies

Nonprofit Operations Intern

Gain hands-on nonprofit experience supporting administration, donor records, and grant-readiness documentation.
