  • Over 20 years of leadership experience in enterprise systems, supply chain management, and business transformation

  • Extensive background in project management, budgeting, risk management, and strategic planning across Fortune 500 organizations

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing complex implementations, and ensuring operational accountability

  • Holds multiple industry certifications, including SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management, demonstrating structured, process-driven leadership

  • Strong communicator with experience presenting to executive stakeholders and guiding organizational decision-making

    Role on the Board:

    As Board Chair, Anil provides leadership to the Board of Directors, oversees governance and compliance, facilitates effective board meetings, and works closely with the Executive Director to ensure the organization remains mission-focused, financially responsible, and strategically aligned.

He brings strong analytical thinking, governance support, and process-driven decision-making to the Board, helping strengthen organizational effectiveness and accountability.

  • Over 10 years of experience in business analysis, quality assurance, and enterprise systems governance

  • Extensive background in process improvement, risk mitigation, compliance, and quality controls

  • Professional experience supporting large organizations in the healthcare and insurance sectors, including Medicaid and mental health–related systems

  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-functional leadership

  • Holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems, supporting data-driven oversight and strategic planning

    Role on the Board:

    As Vice Chair, Vivek supports the Board Chair in governance and leadership responsibilities, helps ensure continuity in board operations, assists with committee coordination, and steps into leadership duties when the Chair is unavailable. He plays a key role in maintaining effective oversight, structured decision-making, and mission alignment.

    As Board Secretary, Kahzir is responsible for maintaining accurate board records, documenting meeting minutes, supporting compliance with governance requirements, and ensuring organizational documents, policies, and board actions are properly recorded and preserved.

His work is rooted in advocacy, mentorship, and hands-on support, with a strong focus on improving quality of life and access to essential services for individuals and families in need.

  • Extensive experience in community outreach, advocacy, and service delivery, supporting individuals with Social Security benefits, medical access, and essential resources

  • Proven background in program leadership and coordination, including planning, implementing, and sustaining community-based initiatives

  • Strong experience providing counseling, mentorship, and emotional support, aligning closely with senior emotional wellness and well-being

  • Built and maintained community partnerships with organizations, service providers, and healthcare professionals

  • Holds 13 diplomas in theology, ministry, and community leadership, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to education, service, and impact
